Subscription cancellation
Customers can request cancellation using available membership or billing controls, or contact support. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not by itself erase operational company records. Check your order confirmation for the current billing term.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility depends on the order, service delivered, payment-provider rules, applicable terms and mandatory consumer laws. We do not promise automatic refunds for partially used software subscriptions. If a charge is incorrect or a service was not activated, contact us with the transaction details for review.
Trials and add-ons
Trial expiration, paid add-ons and third-party charges follow the terms displayed at signup or purchase. This page does not override mandatory statutory rights.
